When should I expect to be paid?
Payments will be uploaded on your Payments Card 1-2 weeks after you’ve completed a study activity.
Why do I have to fill out so many mini-surveys each day?
We ask that you complete at least 3 mini-surveys each day to give us a better understanding of how your symptoms change throughout the day, and are affected by your daily routine. Having this information will help others like you!
What should I do if I change my mind about participating?
If at any time in your participation you decide you want to withdraw from the study, please let the research team know via text or email, and a team member will handle things for you.
I lost my Payments Card; how do I get a new one?
If you’ve lost your Payment Cards, please reach out to the study team member and let them know. They will confirm your shipping address and send you a new one. If any funds were on your old card, we can transfer them over. Please know that it can take up to two weeks to receive your new card.
How can I update my contact information between surveys?
If you’ve changed your phone number, email address, or shipping address, please let the study team member know as soon as possible via text or email.
